Rails triggers integration research

Triggers are at the core of this project. Rails, however, doesn't provide integrations, so projects need to provide their own integration.

Two projects caught my eye: HairTrigger and Scenic. I think they're an excellent starting point for investigating Rails integration of triggers.

If anybody finds other, potentially better, integrations, feel free to open an issue/discussion.

@shivabhusal @guilhermecortes the two issues will be for you. You can decide to take one each, or to work together on both; once decided, assign yourselves accordingly.

I think it's worth looking at both because it will help to have better knowledge about possible solutions.
