recursive hierarchy import

I have a deep hierarchy of .mbx files. There ought to be a way to import everything in one swell foop, and automatically
create subfolders and subsub folders

This is sorely needed.

Please add the options "All files from folder tree... (reconstructing folder hierarchy)" and "All files from folder tree... (flat import, save all in the same folder)" for all importable formats.
