Requirements

Be able from client to enrich evaluation events with additional static information.

This information should be added to evaluation events.

@thomaspoignant after discussion with Thomas we decided that such information could be provided in "meta" field, since it's not used anywhere at the moment.

Step 1. Implement enriching collected events in relay-proxy with metadata
Step 2. Implement configuration of metadata in clients.
