pop up an embedded html viewer that renders the html message, we might need to strip javascript from it though 🤔 unless someone is rendering a full angular app in the welcome message 🤔

perhaps it should be possible to open the message again, after having been connected?

Seems like we have to do parsing of the html and attempt to make it look pretty :/ unless we can find some sort of "webview" we can embed
