Add a timeout for the statement

A timeout is necessary to avoid task congestion and a surprisingly high server bill out of nowhere. We have to also test them and handle them properly.

A better way to test how much RAM would it take at once would also be cool to verify if this is a YAML configuration that we can allow the user to add in here.
