Create a web-based TO-DO application that allows users to manage their tasks and to-do lists efficiently.

Requirements 🛠️

Must-Haves:
Task List: Users can view, add, edit, and delete tasks.
Data Storage: Tasks and user data are stored in localStorage.

Can-Haves:
Task Notes: Allow users to add notes to their tasks.
Task Search: Add a search functionality to find tasks quickly.
Recurring Tasks: Allow users to create recurring tasks (daily, weekly, monthly).
Mobile Responsiveness: Ensure the application is mobile-friendly.

Development Approach
Design a user-friendly and responsive interface.
Test the application extensively for bugs and usability.
Deploy the application to a hosting platform (e.g., Netlify, Vercel).
Continuously iterate and improve the application based on user feedback.
