Fef needs a prebuilt, repsonsive tabs/accordian component that will help hasten the build process of this component.

Required Components

basic accordian feature/componentAccordian feature/componentAccordian #11
top aligned tabs (desktop) that are replaced with an accordian in mobile
left aligned tabs (desktop) that are replaced with an accordian in mobile
right aligned tabs (desktop) that are replaced with an accordian in mobile

After approval:

Implement the tabcordian within the src/views/components/ directory
Provide documentation on how to implement and style the tabcordian into other templates
Provide a link to the s/c documentation within the documentation for the component
