upgrade dependency

I need to use this python rest client and my requirements.txt is like this:
git+https://github.com/jpadilla/pyjwt
git+https://https://github.com/thingsboard/thingsboard-python-rest-client
the latest pyjwt tag is now 2.8.0 but in the requirements of this project it is said that exactly use 2.6.0 , this crashes my requirements installation. If you would loose the version to higher than 2.6.0 would be helpful.
