I didn’t to install DESeq2 ,because to install Deseq2 need depend on MatrixGenerics bag. But ,when I check MatrixGenerics packages to show :

So ,The DESeq2 need to use the colMeans of MatrixGenerics-packages rather than colMeans2.

Please help solve the questions .Thank you
