It would be nice to be able to add an ENV variable that ensures there's a console reporter set with debug mode enabled. Messing with log files is silly.

Should be enabled in Main.

Example usage:

TLP_STRESS_DEBUG=1 tlp-stress run KeyValue --pg normal
