Game Modes switching crash

There's no crash report, instead I got kicked from my SP world:

lost connection: A fatal error has occurred, this connection is terminated

Happened while I was switching game modes when I was testing the f3+f4 feature.
I don't think I was doing it too fast, but perhaps I was.

That log doesn't contain the error you're talking about

Yes, I found it strange that the log showed nothing.
But I still got kicked out of a single player world as if I was playing multiplayer.
