[BACKEND] Communicate with Family members directly

• Add an SMS page which only logged in users can access. The page will be visible for normal users too, but on clicking it, a message will appear that he/she needs to be logged in to access the feature.
• If he/she is a new user, the page prompts him to insert his family member's numbers, as many as he/she wants. If already added before, then show the list of numbers he/she has added.
• The user can now write any text message he wants, in a given space. This message will be forwarded to all those numbers, once he clicks on the Send button.

The frontend part of the website is done (#40 ). The backend part can be implemented only after the login system is done.
