Error when uploading multiple topo images

I'm uploading 4 topo images at once (all <4mb). The last image goes missing and I get this page below.

System Info:
Firefox Browser 127.0.2 (64-bit)

Replicate:

1. Goto crag, click upload topo
2. include 3 or more pictures, click submit
3. select routes for each, click next
4. on the page of the last image, error screen above shows.

Oddly enough, when only 3 of 4 images process, the number of phototopos still show 4, when the 4th image is no where to be seen.

(I've since re-uploaded the missing image in this specific case)
