[UI] Expand button color is getting changed on scrolling the home page

Expand (3 dotted button) color is getting changed - on scroll down.

Steps to reproduce:
a. Go to https://the-test-trove.github.io/
b. Observe the coloring of 3 dotted button present at the right hand side top. (it will be whitish)
c. Scroll down to bottom of the page
d. Now check the coloring of 3 dotted button. (it will be reddish)
