Initialize this project

Hi @doanguyen,

Do you mind initialize the project. Initially, I have the idea of creating a blog https://gridsome.org/ (but feel free to use what YOU want).

The only requirement is to have a GraphQL client (so this project with probably be in javascript / typescript) to provide a flexible way to explore results given by https://github.com/the-benchmarker/backend (a GraphQL API) by @ohler55 (if he is OK)

The (bar) chart appoarch is also my initial thought as well, i think techempower did an excelent job of visualizing the data and it could be done by data table library in vuejs
