Setting Up Mirror

I would like to open a discussion about setting up a mirror for Tor_Onion_Proxy_Library. The idea would be to create a TOPL repo at torproject and then have that mirrored here on github. There would be a code review among the tor community prior to any changes hitting the mirror.

If this is of interest, some open issues would be how to handle the TOPL contributor agreements and so forth.
