[Bug]: Discord Rich Presence is out-of-sync on startup

Reproduction steps

1. Configure Rich Presence as follows:

2. Play some track
3. Close Discord and YouTube Music
4. Open Discord
5. Open YouTube Music
6. Notice that Discord shows the last track is playing, even though it's not

Expected Behavior

Discord presence should be cleared until a track is played.

Actual Behavior

See above.

Enabled plugins

• Ad Blocker, Album Color Theme, API server, Disable Autoplay, and Precise Volume

I can reproduce this but sporadically.

From my investigation it seems that Disable Autoplay feature does not trigger the paused event and the Discord plugin never enters the if (songInfo.isPaused) ccondition.

As a sidenote I've also noticed the same behaviour when Resume last song when app starts is unticked. When the song is loaded up but paused, yet Discord seems to count down the song duration as if it's playing.
