APCs don't show correct icon when no cell

Description

Apc doesnt show correct icon when it has no cell inside
Might be an lv 759 issue not sure.
It did update sometimes but when it did it was very slow.

Reproduction Steps

1. Unlock APC
2. Unlock cover
3. Crowbar apc
4. Remove cell
5. add/remove a few times til it replicates

Bug exclusive to LV-759
If you close the apc and open it again it updates otherwise it does not
