Stasis bags with detpacks attached do not slow humans dragging roller beds when buckled to a roller bed

Description

Detpacks give slowdown to dragging roller beds when attached to them (idk why but they do, so i assume its intended behaviour)

1. Deploy a roller bed
2. Deploy a stasis bag
3. Close stasis bag
4. Attach detpack to stasis bag
5. Close stasis bag
6. Buckle stasis bag to roller bed
7. Drag roller bed
