Mortar Tangle foot shells not buyable in req

Description

Tfoot mortar shells simply aren't available for buying in req. They're available in engi vendors for 2 points per shell, in mortar crates, and in the Tfoot mortar req factory. But you cannot buy single Tfoot mortar shells like the rest of the shells. Single howie Tfoot shells are also buyable but not mortar Tfoot. This is confirmed to be a bug as the code for it is present but not working correctly.

Test Merges

This bug has exited since around 2 years ago, so dunno.

Open le explosives menu in req console.
