Reproduction Steps

1. Go to valhalla
2. Go to the req vendor
3. Go to the "Mounted" Section
4. Vend an FK-88
5. Profit

This is due to whatever is going on in vendor code.

• The code puts the item in your hand
• The item has DEPLOYED_ON_INITIALIZE
  This deploys the gun, but it gets put in your hand anyways (Which you then have to deploy to use)
