Iguana ammo refills not running out

Description

When refilling an iguana with an ammo refill, if the ammo is not refilled to maximum, or is filled exactly to maximum, no ammo is lost, and ammo is only subtracted from the ammo box when it fills the iguana past the max. This also causes the ammo boxes to never run out, and be permanently stuck at 1 round.

I haven't tested this with the Heavy UV weapon, so I'm not sure if this is applies to it as well, or with other UVs.

Reproduction Steps

1. Have an iguana below max ammo.
2. Have an ammo box which will not fill it all the way back up.
3. Refill the iguana with the ammo box.
4. The ammo box will not have lost any ammo.
