No Underwear

Description

I set my gender to object and expected...well okay I had no expectations and my expectations were still not met. Setting gender to 'other' or 'object' causes you to spawn with no underwear. Not a major issue. Probably related to #12361
Also it defaults genders of other and object to male, visibly.

2. Set gender to other or object.
3. Go Commando
4. Let it all hang out
5. Air it out like you're at one of those weird festivals
