Scope on egun wont let you directionally move it

Description

Normally you can change the direction of the zoom on a scope by holding CTRL and then W/A/S/D. You can't do this if the scope is on an energy weapon. Miniscopes dont change direction on lasrifle nor MG, and laser sniper's scope also doesn't let you change zoom direction.
