User Story

The question of modeling uncertainty comes up again and again, but very little effort has gone into modeling uncertainty in a serious way in practice. TF Resource should have pages discussing model uncertainty.

Context

In the pre-pandemic past, the committee hosted content charettes to improve the content at TF resource. The resulting work greatly improved the destination choice pages, and provided a series of questions for agencies to consider when planning for autonomous vehicles.

Existing Resources

A few pages discuss uncertainty in various areas:

This is also an existing issue request at #375

Next Steps:

  • write a 1-2 page justification memo
  • identify participants

Okay, I have sent the charrette proposal to Brian. I think we need to have six participants. I am happy to host the charrette here at BYU. Now need to think of potential attendees.
