A number of pages currently exist to only host a single paper. An example of this is at https://github.com/tfresource/website/blob/source/topics/A_model_of_complex_travel_behavior.md I think these pages should be reviewed. This will involve two steps for each example:
Is there any compelling reason to keep these resources?
