It would be good to scope out our current process for both OIS and CDR data. We need to be able to know what is going on so that we can try to automate in ( 2 - CDR issue) and ( 2 - OIS Issue).

OIS:

  • Review current steps undertaken by @EvaRuthM
  • Update data_processing readme to be accurate

CDR:

  • Review current steps undertaken by @EvaRuthM
  • Update data_processing readme to be accurate
