We will be updating the clean_CDR notebook into a python script that will be easier to read about what steps are currently used in our cleaning process.

Steps to be done are as follows:

  • Create new folder for py scripts
  • Transfer any common functions to lib
  • Create script of key components
  • Incorporate website functions into cleaning script
  • Update readme
