Convert hint-like text snippets to nice hints

Now that tmt.utils.hints exist, and it's easy to add and render nicely formatted hints for all purposes, I plan to convert various hint-like strings spread through the tmt code.

The following is a list of strings identified so far:

• test result notes - timeout, abort, restarts, evaluated outcomes, etc. Very stingy.
