Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
At my university and workplace, I connect to an FTP server daily using the domain name of the server on our network (i.e. ftp:\server.university.edu\path). I would like to be able to connect to a server in Polo using the domain name, but right now I am limited to IP addresses.
Describe the solution you'd like
Allow any ASCII text to be entered in the server field of the FTP, SFTP, and SSH connection forms.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Perhaps, one could connect to an server by entering the full network address or domain name in the pathbar. Right now, it opens the appropriate connection form detected, but still only allows the entry of IP addresses.

This is a free application created in my spare time. Consider making a donation to sponsor the work for your request.
