Impact: increase virality by ensuring that the website looks good on social media platform previews (Facebook + Twitter primarily).

Background: Not sure which file this is stored in, but we should update (add?) open graph tags to

have a preview pic that will show up on facebook/twitter/etc.
Edit the headline and description for social previews
