Currently, when xmlhttprequests are retransmitted, we attempt to copy custom headers, but there are a few that cannot be copied on the client page in content.js.

Known headers that get dropped / changed:

  referer: 'http://localhost:3000/ajax.html'
  pragma: 'no-cache'
'cache-control': 'no-cache'
