If a site is turned off, OpenStack commands wait for very long time (2min) before failing. A default timeout value, like in endpoint.py #83, cannot be applied for openstack.py module because some OpenStack commands take long time to finish.

It is better to allow users to specify timeout explicitly via option --timeout.
