Is there an indexing issue for new Github Repos?

I just recently created a Github repo that I want to anonymise (2 hours ago). I still keep getting the error "GITHUB LINK does not exist or is not accessible". I am sure that it is publicly accessible.

Do I need to wait a bit more for my new repo to be found?

My error messages are: "https://github.com/repo/url/ does not exist or is not accessible"
and "README not available..." and "the README of Jiboxiake/repo was not found."

I recently encountered a similar issue. The repositories I created myself can be anonymized, but I ran into the same problem when dealing with the repositories I forked. I'm not sure if it's due to the fact that they were forked.
