The following are a list of some starting criteria I believe colisee should possess:

Open Source, Open Source, Open Source!!
Community generated problems
Infrastructure agnostic i.e. Shouldn't be attached to any particular cloud service or database.
OAuth for easy integration to a larger infrastructure e.g. deploying an instance of it under a company subdomain
Ideally should require no more concepts than what are needed to solve a given challenge
