This happens in Huawei P30

I want identifying the initial URL for the generated link.

maybe you show me some way to look in to the database where you store the links to the destination together with the image aka picture on the homescreen.

we observe exactly the same behavior. It would be essential for us to be able to use this homescreen-link-feature again.

Please tell the audience if the project is dead. Issue is open one year now
