Description:
Users doesn't receive notifications for transactions send to them.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. User should have a Tari Aurora wallet
  2. Exit the app
  3. Send a transaction to the address
  4. Wait for a notification
  5. Currently the user doesn't receive a notification when they received a transaction

Expected behaviour:
Users should receive notifications for transactions received

Device:
Xiaomi Redmi Note 10
