User wallet balance goes to 0.00 Tari when they made a transaction

Description:
I had 10 Tari on Android and I've send 1 Tari from the iPhone to my Android wallet. I had 11 Tari in total. I've then made a one sided payment of 2 Tari from my Android device to the iPhone, after I made the payment my wallet balance went to 0.00 on Android. After a few minutes the balance updated again to 8.99 Tari.

Steps to reproduce:

1. User should look at their wallet balance
2. User should make a one sided transaction
3. Look at your wallet balance
4. The balance went to 0.00

Expected behaviour:
The users wallet should only deduct the amount of Tari the user were sending.
