User gets stuck on loading when they change from ECO to Ludicrous/Custom mode

Describe the bug
User is unable to swith to Ludicrous or custom mode. When the user tries to change the mode from ECO to Ludicrous or custom the user gets stuck in a loading state.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open the miner
2. Click on mode
3. Change the mode from ECO to Ludicrous or Custom
4. User gets stuck in a loading state

Expected behavior
Users should be able to change mode successfully without getting stuck in loading state

On Windows 11, app version 0.8.14, I can change to Ludicrous Mode fine. However, when I switch from Ludicrous to Custom mode & add in my changes, I am stuck on Applying changes for 10+ minutes with the loading icons visible for CPU Power
When I close this, I am still stuck on CPU Power loading

After closing the Custom modal:

When I try closing the app to get out of this state, I see (Not responding listed at the top)
