Describe the bug
As a user who had a previous version installed (0.8.11) when I open the app, I see the update pop up. When I click on Yes to update I find that it keeps looping back to the update pop up

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. User should have 0.8.11 installed
  2. There should be an update available for 0.8.13
  3. Open the app by clicking on the Tari Universe icon on your PC
  4. User should see auto update pop up
  5. Click on Yes
  6. Observe

Expected behavior
Update should be successful and app should initialize and start up with no issues
