There is no GPU settings on custom mode #1161

Describe the bug
When a user goes to the custom mode, there is only CPU settings and no longer GPU settings showing.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to custom mode
User only see CPU setting and no longer GPU settings

Expected behavior
User should see both CPU and GPU settings on the custom mode
