0.8.2: Intel Mac: App initialization: When I do a clean install and the app opens, I find that when it's around 43% and above, it reverts back to 0%

Describe the bug
As a user when I do a clean install of version 0.8.2, I find that when the app is initializing, when it hits around 43% or above, it reverts back to 0% and then jumps back to what it initially was. I've seen this occur twice.
I also find if the app is moved to the background whilst installation is taking place, if I bring it back to the foreground, it jumps to 0% and then back to around what it was before it reverted to 0%

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Ensure previous version of app is uninstalled
2. Clear the Log files for previous app
3. Clear download file
4. Go to GitHub
5. Click on release 0.8.2
6. Download the .dmg file
7. When downloaded, move to the applications folder
8. Go to applications and click on the tari universe app to open it
9. Observe the app as it installs

Expected behavior
App should initialize and install successfully and should not revert back to 0% and different interludes

Tested with 0.8.8 and this is still occurring on Intel Mac. I started the install at about 10am and it is now 13:30pm and the app has jumped to 0% and then back to 47% multiple times
