I have been able to GPU mine on my Mac (Sequoia 15.1.1) up until Tari Universe v0.7.XX & v0.8.XX.
These versions give me the warning: ⚠️GPU disabled because your hardware does not support it
Nothing else about the Mac has changed, other than updates to Tari Universe. This issue can be reproduced by running Universe v0.6.XX on the Mac to demonstrate GPU mining works, then upgrading to 0.7.XX or 0.8.XX. Pool mining is enabled.

We will continue to investigate this and update here once we find something.
