Resetting Launchpad (from danger zone) should disable all controls while it is resetting

When clicking Reset in the danger zone, if the containers are large or the blockchain data is large, it can take a long time to reset. In the meantime, you can click around and use the app, which is not correct.

To reproduce:

1. Open launchpad
2. Sync a large block chain (to 35000 on esme prior to Nov reset)
3. Go to the danger zone
4. Click reset

Expected:
All buttons and interface should be disabled while it is resetting

Actual:
There is no indication that it is resetting, you can click around the app as normal
