data-async doesn't work

data-async doesn't work when i click like this:

first question: how do i know the data-async finished?
sec question:when i use data-async to load a page , and data-view-section, it doesn't work.why? i think it must be loaded all, and then to trigger the data-view-section, so i hope to know when async load a page is finished?
