[Bug] 基于 methdoc 的情况下生成的yapi 不支持 tag 标签 #1139

Describe the bug

我配置了 @tag 注解自动转成 yapi的标签
controller 层没问题
但是如果是是个service 不行，加了 tag 也无法生成带tag 的yapi文档
