Describe the bug

Events overlap (see below)

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Expected behavior

This shouldn't happen and should catch it when it does the check during event creation. My best guess is that this issue has to do with creating repeating events and people moving events (this might need to be fixed by changing the end date of repeating events when dates are changed)
