Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

It looks strange when the admin dashboard has mostly non-raised tables but then the "Edit External Links" section is RAISED up on the Paper component.

Describe the solution you'd like

Get rid of the paper component and frame the edit list with something else.

Honestly, this can just be a Box component
