What is your question? Describe in detail.

Is there a better way to create filters?

Currently, we have it so that if nothing is selected, it will just display all. If any are selected, it will only show volunteering items that have ALL the selected filters.

This might be an issue if you want to see, for example, all volunteering opportunities that have unlimited slots.

How can we improve this system so that it's intuitive and supports more functionality?

We could have a checkbox with 3 selection options: inclusive, exclusive, or unchecked. This would allow for people to filter for all cases.
