Feature request: Publish taplo.toml schema

As I understand the schema for taplo.toml is generated using schemars
and can be retrieved using taplo config schema.

But for the purposes of retrieving the schema without having taplo
installed, it would be nice if it were available both on github and on AND on
https://www.schemastore.org/json/.

(And maybe on the old schema store at https://taplo.tamasfe.dev/schema_index.json
if that doesn't cause any additional work)

My specific use-case for this was that I wanted to explicitly link to the taplo
schema in the config file as a hint to someone stumbling over my repo, where the
file comes from and what it is for.
(And having a $schema in all my config files just feels nice 😃)
